The Children’s Center at California State University, Fullerton will relocate from its existing outdated facilities to new larger facilities in order to serve more children of the campus facility.
This new facility will ultimately have a licensed capacity of 244 children with aproximately 27,400 sf of building area.The project will be built in two phases. Phase 1 will serve 240 children in a licensed capacity of 122 children, with potential for future service to over 500 children in the second phase expansion in a licensed capacity of 244 children.
The new center will have ample outdoor play spaces, organized into age appropriate areas. The project will incorporate green and sustainable features to meet the University’s LEED Silver equivalent goals.
