BELL OASIS APARTMENTS

 

Project includes 65 studio apartments for homeless individuals.  Rich with amenities (e.g. gym/ yoga rooms, community room, laundry, medical clinic, etc.) and support services (e.g. social service counselors, on site management, and maintenance staff, etc.).

 

The development also achieved a LEED Gold certification with feature that include a grey water system, ground water filtration, and rooftop solar panels.
