A new Library for the City of Los Angeles, located on Harbor City, the new 15,000 SF features a children/teen/adult sections, children’s story time area, separate 

community room with warming kitchen, staff work area/lounge, public art component, visual control from two desks:  circulation and reference, internet connections at each chair; approx. 36, computer stations, conference room, separate computer classroom, for a shared program w/nearby Narbone High School, etc.
