TRANSITIONAL HOUSING: Several years ago, CTA designed a transitional living facility / child care center for recently homeless families in West Los Angeles. That same client, The Salvation Army, has retained CTA to design another transitional living complex in Santa Fe Springs.
PICO RIVERA LIBRARY: CTA has been selected to design a new branch library for the LA County system. It will be a joint effort by the County and the City of Pico Rivera. This 16,000 sf facility will replace a smaller, outmoded branch.
